This pencil drawing is based on an AI image that I created with Midjourney. It shows a modern villa in the mountains (Tyrol), with a beautiful terrace and a pool. The realistic pencil drawing conveys a warm, sunny atmosphere and a lot of tranquillity in the mountains.

What was initially intended as an experiment, namely using midjourney images as templates for my drawings, is increasingly developing into an exciting option. The reason is the difference between the rather cold AI images and the warmth that the pencil drawings radiate. In addition, I was always convinced that an AI cannot make “mistakes”. This is true, in an artistic sense, but the AI images are still full of little mistakes. For example, the vanishing lines in the original were not at all appropriate and exact; there was not one vanishing point on each side (right and left), but numerous. Interestingly, I didn't notice this in the template until I tried to redraw the picture. Anyway .... here we go.
